Return Policy

I truly hope you love everything you order, but if you don't, my top priority is to make you happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, I will do all I can to make it better!

Returns

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, or the wrong item or size, please contact me within three business days of receipt of your order so I can get it sorted out for you!

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (returns should be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date). 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags on (if applicable). 

The customer is responsible for return shipping of the returned items. I encourage you to hold on to your tracking number as this can help provide details on receipt of return as well as estimate for when you can expect a refund. 

Refunds will be issued to original method of payment. Alternatively, you may request a gift card code sent via e-mail to be used on your next order!

To start a return, you can contact me at thriveandthreadboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

I always look over every item before it is shipped, but please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned/exchanged. 

Exchanges 

I often carry only a few sizes in each item, so reach out to me ASAP if you're needing to do an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the return by contacting me and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a gift card code can be sent via e-mail. 

Changing an Order

I understand stuff happens and you may need to change or cancel your order. I'm here to help, but you must contact me immediately! Please send me an e-mail at thriveandthreadboutique@gmail.com or reach out to me via social media. I'm typically very quick at fulfilling orders and once an order as been processed I will be unable to make any changes.
